Set in present day Los Angeles, Isaiah Quintabe (i.e., IQ) is a brilliant young man who has dropped out of high school. This mystery reminded me of the Harry Bosch novels. Mr. Quintabe is scary smart and not much interested in money. I really enjoyed this one and look forward to reading more from this author.
